Ordering:

Terms and Credit:
First time orders are prepaid prior to shipping.
Net 30 day terms are extended to established and rated accounts.
Call for a Credit Request Application form.
Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a 1.5 monthly finance charge on the balance.
A $15.00 charge will be applied to all returned checks.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Cards are charged at time of shipping.

Back Orders:
Back orders will remain on order and shipped as they become available.

Shipping Damages:
We ask if there are visible damages upon arrival that you bring them to the attention of the delivering agent and that they are noted on the B/L. This will expedite the claims process. Damage claims from shipping must be made by you to the carrier. The carrier is the delivering agent. Our customer service department will assist you in this process. For product damage unrelated to shipping, please see Returns section below.

Shipping:
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Vandergrift, PA. Claims for replacement of transit-damaged products must be reported within 4 business days of receipt. Claims not reported within this time frame cannot be guaranteed a full credit.

Shortages/Returns/Damages:
We cannot accept merchandise for return or credit without written authorization. If you have a return, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Shortage and damage claims must be reported to us within 7 business days of delivery receipt to qualify.
